Effective Date: August 20, 2025
This Virtual Economy Policy explains how Virtual Items and Virtual Currency work in Empyrean Order. It summarizes (but does not replace) the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the Terms control.
1) License‑only; no ownership
- All Virtual Items (e.g., cosmetics, equipment, boosts, battle passes) and Virtual Currency are licensed, not sold.
- You do not own Virtual Items/Currency, your account, or progression; you receive a revocable, limited, personal, non‑transferable license to use them only inside the Game.
2) No real‑world value; no cash‑out
- Virtual Items/Currency have no real‑world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or equivalents, and are not transferable (including by assignment, inheritance, or operation of law).
3) Management of the economy
- We may add, modify, balance, or remove items/currency, adjust prices, run seasons or events, and retire content at any time.
- We may reset parts of the economy for balance or integrity (e.g., at season end).
4) Acquiring and spending
- You may earn or purchase Virtual Currency and use it to obtain Virtual Items where offered.
- All purchases/IAPs are final except where required by law or by platform refund rules (see “Refunds on Mobile Platforms” below).
5) No real‑money trading (RMT)
- Buying/selling/trading accounts, items, or currency outside authorized in‑game systems is prohibited.
- Violations can lead to revocation of licenses to items/currency, suspension, or termination.
6) Randomized rewards
- Where randomized rewards are offered, we will disclose probability ranges where required by law and may publish rates on our website or in‑game.
7) Enforcement & anti‑cheat
- Cheating, exploiting, or tampering may result in license revocation for Virtual Items/Currency and other enforcement actions per the Terms.
8) Refunds on mobile platforms (Apple/Google)
- Purchases made through Apple App Store and Google Play are processed by those stores. Refunds are handled by the store’s policies and tools. See the Refund Policy below for how to request a refund via Apple or Google.
